The organization hired Exquison Marketing to create its website with the aim that it would become the go-to portal for air passengers, lawyers and journalists seeking information, news commentary, and community support.
Since the launch, the new website has assisted the organization in cementing its mark as the top advocacy group for air passenger rights in Canada.
